The Academic Advisory Council for Signage Research and Education (AACSRE) is searching for an Executive Director (ED). The position is part-time (averaging 15 hours per week). The ED will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the daily administration and management of the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to marketing, management of all fiscal resources including donor/gift stewardship, supervision and coordination of volunteers and business operations. The ED works with and supports the Board of Directors to define its priorities, build and develop teamwork among existing and potential Board members and other volunteer leaders, ensure program and fiscal accountability and undertaking research as directed by the Board. Candidates should have appropriate professional experience in non-profit management, marketing, and organizational development. Candidates should have experience working within academic communities.  Experience with and knowledge of signage/wayfinding/research through interdisciplinary support would be significant.
